"When I started using the Apple Slinky Machine in our canteen I put the money into a small jar next to the cash register so I could keep track of sales. I averaged $4 a day for the first week thanks to selling 40 apples at 10c per slinky. That equalled $20 in the first week which means the Apple Slinky Machine had paid for itself in 2 weeks!

Now that we've had it for a while, we've got a bit creative with it & have found other great uses for the machine other than apples & firm pears. This includes short, fat carrots! The kids love carrot slinkies and the core isn't going to waste because you can cut them into quarter for carrot sticks.
It's also great on beetroot - the colourful slinkies & rings make a great addition to a salad! Potatoes are also great as slinkies, you can make your own curly chips!"
